职位描述
Position Title: Executive Assistant to Founder and Chairman
Reports To: Chairman
Direct Reports: NA
Location: naked Headquarters, Shanghai
Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified and mature Executive Assistant who can professionally and efficiently assist the Chairman in carrying out his extremely busy and action-packed schedule. This is the opportunity of a life time to work with the dynamic leader of naked Retreats and be exposed to all business functions and many exciting projects.
Core Responsibilities:
? Responsible for overall work in the office, playing a connecting link role between team leaders and chairman
? Organize and coordinate Chairman’s meetings and take meeting minutes. Also draft presentations on an ad-hoc basis
? Manage all files, e.g. distributing, registering, forwarding and filing etc.
? Receive chairman’s office phone calls and maintain record when chairman is not in the office
? Organize and plan Chairman’s daily schedule and arrange for Chairman’s travel itinerary
? Assist the Chairman on new projects, liaise with business partners and investors
? There may from time to time be a need to travel outside Shanghai for maximum a few days
? Complete other tasks from Chairman

? Passionate, positive attitude, self-motivated and strong communication skills
? Active working attitude, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
? Trustworthy and honest
? Be comfortable to take business trip often
? Exceptional attention to details and very strong on following up tasks
? Ability to multitask with minimum direction and supervision
? Experience of a fast paced environment
Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:
? Proficient language skills in English spoken and written.
? Proficient with Microsoft Office software such as outlook, word, excel and power point.
Education/Certifications:
? University Degree or above
