职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design and implement integrated talent management solutions such as selection, on-boarding, assimilation, talent assessment, coaching, individual development planning, and succession planning.
2. Lead and drive change initiatives such as Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.
3. Embedding a high performance culture in the firm across all levels, advising the firm on the best performance management practices, manage the annual performance appraisal process
4. Designing and establishment of firm-wide talent assessment and development processes
5. Creation, implementation, and ownership of employee engagement and retention initiatives such as Employee Engagement survey and other cultural change programmes
6. Advising on the firm’s compensation and reward strategy to support a pay-for-performance philosophy
7. Designing and implementing Organization Development initiatives to enhance organization effectiveness and capabilities
8. Formulating leadership development strategies that provide with a competitive advantage to attract, grow and retain senior talent. Identifying learning and development needs at the senior level. Design, plan and roll out leadership development programmes to address the needs indentified.
9. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Behavior,Organizational Psychology, or Learning and Development. Master degree of any above disciplines is highly desirable
2. 5 years above solid relevant experience with MNCs as a Talent Management and Development, Leadership and Organisation Development professional. Experience in Pharma industry is a plus.
3. Strong technical skills in talent assessment and development using tools such as psychometric tests, assessment centre, 360-degree feedback questionnaires, etc.
4. Excellent skills in delivering and project managing leadership and management development programs
5. Experienced in designing, planning and implementing employee engagement survey, results communication, and formulation follow up action plans
6. Proven experience working with senior management in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment is essential
7. Strong business acumen as a business partner
8. Successful track record of programme implementation in China
9. Excellent written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
10. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
