1. 2 or >2 years sales experience preferably in industries sales.

2. Degree or professional diploma holder, preferably in Chemistry, Polymer, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering etc.

3. Ability to work independently, while being essentially a committed team player

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

5. Excellent English language communication, both writing and speaking.

6. Be good at Windows Office, WORD/EXCEL

Develop & maintain tesa business in Electronics market.

1. Gather Identified region & segment market information and exchange internal information by clear & timely reporting/ email/ phone call within the team.

2. Monitor and manage converter sales per coordinate and implement team sales objective.

3. Maintain and initial Sales activities including customer relationship and technical support in the customer side, focus on identified customer base and new potential accounts development.

4. Be good communication window between customer side and tesa internal technical support side, especially with global team.

5. High level of collaboration and transparency with colleagues within Greater China and business segment manager.
