Purpose of Morgan Advanced Materials Graduate Programme

This Graduate Programme is designed to have these young talents equipped with solid professionalism & hands-on working experience, and make them well understand Morgan Advanced Materials global and China company culture, operations procedures and business development strategy.
3. 提供可为摩根先进材料中国业务未来发展所用的领导人
This Graduate Program is dedicated to supply leaders for future Morgan Advanced Material business growth.

* 全日制大学本科或硕士应届毕业生，主修材料材料工程等相关专业；或有不超过2年工作经验的职场新人
Bachelor or Master graduate and major in Materials Science or related Engineering disciplines, or young talents with less than 2 years’ working experience
* 优秀的语言表达和沟通能力
Excellent expression and communication skill
* 出色的英语口头及书面运用能力
Advanced verbal and written English skill
* 良好的心态，正直诚信及积极的性格特质
Cheerful and high integrity, positive mindset
