职位描述：

Coordination and facilitate the implementation of validation and calibration.负责公司确认与验证以及计量的协调实施。
1、Be accountable for the environment ,hygiene safety and quality issues in position as well as subordinates (if available)
对本岗位职责范围内的环境卫生安全和质量负责，并对下属(如果有)的工作质量和环境安全负有责任。
2、Maintain and implement the best, surest and easiest work processes. Initiate, participate and facilitate the continuous improvement activities on safety, quality, cost, delivery, motivation and environment by applying DaMaWay (including
LEAN principles etc). 维护并实施最好、最可靠、最简单的工作流程；应用DaMaWay(包括精益原理等)，在安全、质量、成本、交付、激励和环境方面,发起、参与并推动持续改进活动。
3、Instrument management计量器具管理
3.1 Establish the calibration plan and carry out the calibration as well as status control.计量器具的校验计划和校验实施和状态控制
3.2 Be responsible for obtain and update of the measuring qualification certificate.公司计量合格确认证书的取得和更新
3.3 Be responsible for the establishment of the acceptance limit and the evaluation of the calibration certificate.负责公司计量器具接受限度的制定以及校验证书的评估
3.4 Be responsible for the implementation of the e-marking and external audit.负责E-Marking 的实施和接受外审
3.5 Be responsible for manage of Calibration team.负责计量团队的管理
4、Validation management验证管理
4.1 Make roll validation planning annually. 负责制定年度验证计划
4.2 Validation protocol and report checking and archiving. 负责验证方案及报告的审核和归档
4.3 Coordinate and facilitate validation implementation. 协调并推进验证实施
4.4 Ensure the validation situation accord with the guide of Q&FS, ISO and GMP. 确保验证状况与Q&FS、ISO及GMP方针的符合性
4.5 Introduce the new requirements of Q&FS and GMP, and go ahead Q&FS及GMP. 对验证新需求的导入及推进

岗位要求：

1、Bachelor degree or above, with the basic knowledge of pharmaceutical or food. 本科或以上学历，有一定制药或食品知识背景
2、5+ years related work experience .5年以上相关工作经验
3、Good English communication skill (written and verbal) 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
