职位描述：

Be responsible for chemical analysis work in chemical lab. 负责化学实验室的化学分析工作。

1、Supervision, auditing, correction, prevention and improvement 监督、审核、纠正、预防及改进

1.1 Be responsible for the chemical analysis of semi , finished and retention sample负责小组内化学检验的实施。

1.2 Be responsible for the report of analysis deviation, assistant for the reason investigation.负责小组内检验异常情况的汇报,协助检验偏差的分析。

2、Test and release检验

2.1 Be responsible for the chemical analysis including drink water, purified water, the raw materials, packaging material, in-process products and finished products, trial product, complain product , validation sample, stability study sample and so on ; 负责成品小组内（包含水、原辅料、包装材料、中间体、成品、小试产品，投诉产品,验证样品,稳定性考察样品等）的化学检验。

2.2 Be responsible for writing and check of analysis record.负责检验记录的填写。

2.3 Be responsible for the recheck of test record and report.负责复核检验记录和检验报告

3、Assistant for the analysis method validation, also be involved in product validation, equipment validation and air condition validation and purified water system validation.协助检验方法的验证的实施，协助产品验证，设备验证，空调验证和纯化水系统验证的实施。

4、 Instrument calibration仪器校验

4.1 Assistant the calibration of glass instrument执行玻璃仪器的校验工作（如果有） 。

4.2 Safekeeping and daily maintenance of instrument， if included.. 实验仪器的保管和日常维护。

5、Resource management内部管理

5.1 Use of standard and reference substance ,standard solution and volume solution.标准品对照品、标准液、滴定液的使用。

5.2 Assistant the study of technology problem, technology support to other staff.配合上级主管对小组内组员工的业务指导，技术难题的研究与解决。

5.3 Be responsible for other resource management disposed by N+1 supervisor the standard solution management, standard and reference substance management, virulent chemical management, retain management of finished product, standardization of volume solution management，Instrument calibration management.负责上级主管安排的其他化学实验室内部管理工作，包括：标准溶液管理、标准品对照品的管理、剧毒品的管理、成品留样的管理、滴定液的管理、仪器（玻璃器具）校验的管理。

6、 Product technology development产品的技术发展

6.1 Be responsible for the implement researching methodology (including specification and test method for product) for new products before registration, and give its test report.负责注册前新品方法学（成品的标准和检验方法）的研究工作的实施，出具新品检验报告。

6.2 Assistant for the implement of improvement of analysis method.协助检验方法的改进工作的实施。

6.3 Support the implement of the stability study of new products before registration.配合完成 注册前新品的稳定性考察工作的实施。

6.4 Assistant the implement of M&PD trial production before registration and monitor production validation after registration协助医学及产品开发部进行注册前产品的试生产及监控注册后产品的生产验证的实施。

7、 Safety, environment and hygiene安全、环境与卫生

7.1 Be responsible for the hygiene, environment and safety of lab.负责小组内的安全、环境与卫生的实施。

7.2 Be responsible for disposal waste, use and manage reagent according to waste regulate and 《Hazardous chemicals management code》,support to the saving energy and decrease consumption. 负责按废液,废品排放规定和《危险化学品管理条例》处理废品，使用和管理试剂,支持节能降耗

8、Deputize for sampling. 代理取样
岗位要求：

1、College degree or above(scientific/technical), Analysis or related background大专科工程类（或科学技术）以上学历，分析专业或相关背景。

2、5+years quality working experience, Good drug analysis knowledge5年以上化学检验工作经验 ，良好的药品分析知识。

3、Proficient English communication skill (written and verbal)良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
