Responsibilities/ Authorities工作职责权限:

· Provide technical leadership to R&D project teams

· Supporting, coordinating and tracking project team activities;

· Collating project timelines;

· Helping establish and track project budgets;

· Writing and presenting progress reports;

· Helping keep delivery of projects on time and within cost.

· Supervising subordinate staff

· Other activities as required

Qualifications: 任职资格

·A Degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent degree;

·8 or more year’s industry experience in medical device, or related industries;

·Formal training or qualification in project management preferred;

·International company experience preferred,

·Working knowledge of medical device regulations, risk management and quality management processes, including ISO and GMP;

·Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English;

·Work independently and within teams, in a changing environment which requires flexibility and involves risk;

·Good negotiation skills;

·Focused on achieving results.
