You will be responsible for managing R&D-related projects within either our haemodialysis (HD) or peritoneal dialysis (PD) product group. You will be expected to:

· Lead and coordinate R&D projects communication

o Establish detailed project planning and closely manage timelines and resource & budge allocation by liasing with all stakeholders (Marketing, Production, Logistics etc.)

o Organize and chair regular cross-functional meetings; distribute meeting minutes

· Assist in organizing R&D steering committe meetings

o Collect requirements/expectations from stakeholders to prioritize projects

· Assemble PPM (project portfolio management) documentation

o Monthly project report/update, financial model, milestone approvals

o Change management: coordinate with production, QREM and marketing any product modifications (communication and approval)

· Field Test Studies

o Facilitate customer preference testing for any new product

o Prepare feedback forms, summarize results

· Report to Asia-Pacific R&D Portfolio Manager

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above in engineering or science; Master or PhD a plus

· 5 years or more directly related experience in the healthcare industry

· Experienced with project management; PMP certified a plus

· Able to work with people of different cultural and educational background

· Mature, well-organized and self-initiative/proactive

· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

· Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
