POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor degree or above;
-Good communication skills, be interested in employee relationship establishment;
-More than 3 years working experience in HR area in multinational companies is preferred;
-Be familiar with HR related laws and regulations;
-Good English skills both in written and spoken.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support to responsible for labor legal compliance including China Labor Law, Labor Contract Law and local regulations;
- Responsible for ER cases handling which covers recognition, complains, discipline and involuntary termination;
- Support to communication strategy setup and organize Quarterly staff, DL communication and monthly DL lunch meeting;
- In charge of employee satisfaction survey;
- In charge of Non-fixed working pattern annual application;
- Support to CSR audit ER related documentation preparation and update;
- Support to SA8000 annual internal audit;
- Employee handbook yearly update, process and system improvement;
- Conduct the supervisor communication sessions;
- Support to Union Setup and related government report;
- Support job injure handling, employee activities and other HR operation projects.
