Working Task(details)工作描述:
? Seriously carry out company purchasing management regulations and the implementation details, and strive to improve the personal skill level.
认真贯彻执行公司采购管理规定和实施细则，努力提高自身采购业务水平。
? The timely completion, quality of purchasing plan, and actively explore the suppliers, choose the best materials on lower price, complete the purchase cost reduced plan as needed.
按时按量按质完成采购供应计划指标，积极开拓货源市场，选择物美价平的物资材料，完成下达的降低采购成本的责任指标。
? Responsible for supply contracts, supervise to perform on time, and responsible for the dun, return or claim amounts owed
负责与客户签订采购合同，督促合同正常如期的履行，并催讨所欠、退货或索赔款项。
? Strictly manage the purchasing quality, select samples for leading audit, for the purchasing materials shall be attached with a warranty or on the spot inspection (commissioned). Assist the related departments to properly solve the problems occurring in the using process.
严把采购质量关，选择样品供领导审核定样，对购进物料均须附有质保书或当场（委托）检验。协助有关部门妥善解决使用过程中出现的问题。
? Assist material acceptance, transport storage, inventory transfer procedures.
协助办理物料验收、运输入库、清点交接等手续。
? Collect commodity supply information; complete the company purchasing strategy, raw material structural adjustment improvement, and give suggestions to the new product development.
收集一线商品供货信息，对公司采购策略、产品原料结构调整改进，对新产品开发提出参考意见。
? Fill in the related documents, purchasing analysis and summary report.
? 填写采购相关的文档，提交采购分析和总结报告。
? Complete other tasks assigned temporary.
? 完成领导临时交办的其他任务。

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery or similar;
本科及以上学历，工程机械或者相关专业毕业
? Around 3 to 5 years related experience in multinational experiences, among which at least 2 years in engineering industry
约3至5年的在外资企业从业的相关工作经验，其中至少有2年在工程机械行业
? Fluently English both in oral and written,
流利的英语口语和书面能力
? Quick and precise response for complex and urgent situations
复杂和紧急情况下的快速和精确的响应能力
? Excellent communication and cooperation skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
