职位描述
培训主管工作职责描述:
1、根据总部培训制度和培训需求,结合公司要求,进行培训需求调研,制定培训计划;
2、组织培训专员有效执行培训计划;
3、制定新员工培训计划、产品知识培训计划、梯队建设培训计划等专题类培训;
4、定期开展和组织公司季度会议、年会、运动会、团队拓展、零售经营挑战赛等团队建设活动;
5、每周进行店铺巡访,了解培训需求和培训效果的跟进,并及时总结反馈信息;
6、负责培训专员的培养和督导,按阶段评估工作方法和工作效果;
7、有效分析零售店铺导购服务基础现状,发现问题,并给予行之有效的行动方案;
8、提升店铺一线服务流程,组织开展零售服务评比;
9、对总部FAB、岗前基础等培训课件进行改编和完善,使之更适合零售终端需求,并形成店铺标准推荐语言;
10、完善运动项目基础知识员工培训课件;
11、配合支持公司项目培训计划,实现公司穿线专业时限要求;
12、配合品牌产品和推广策略,对主推产品进行突击培训;
13、搭建店铺培训人员梯队,利用激励手段,实现工作目标和绩效;
职位要求:
1、教育背景:本科学历;
2、经验背景:相关的本职工作经验三年以上;
3、专业知识:熟悉国家有关政策法令,较全面的了解人力资源各模块运作,了解企业人事流程;
4、资质要求:有良好的职业责任感和事业心,善于沟通与协调,具有很强的计划性和实施执行的能力,爱岗敬业,人品端正,良好的团队合作精神;
Training competent job description:
1, according to the headquarters training system and training needs, according to the requirements for training demand research, develop a training plan;

8, promote the store a line service process, the organization carries out the retail service comparison;
9, FAB and post to headquarters based on training courseware for adaptation and perfect, make it more suitable for retail terminal demand, and form shop standard recommends language;
10, perfect sports foundation knowledge employee training courseware;
11 and cooperate with the support of the project to achieve the company training plan, threading professional time limits;
12 and cooperate with the brand product and promotion strategy, the main products for assault training;
13, set up shop personnel training, using the means of incentive echelon, realize the objectives and performance;
14, complete other work assigned by superior temporary.
Requirements:
1, education background: bachelor degree;
2, experience background: related job three years experience or above;
3, professional knowledge: familiar with relevant state policy laws and decrees, and more comprehensive understanding human resource module, know a business operation personnel process;
4, qualification requirement: good career responsibility and ambition, and be good at communication and coordination, and has a strong planning and implementation of ability, love their work, but regular, good of the team cooperation spirit;
