岗位职责：
1、负责样品的跟踪和确认；
2、接收订单，跟工厂落实交货期，与客户确认船期；
3、下订单（合同）给工厂，跟踪工厂备料、上机等情况；
4、与客户沟通包装要求，与包装部协调包装打样、确认、下单等工作；
5、督促工厂按时交货，及时与客户沟通生产、交货中的问题，处理突发事件；
6、安排验货；
7、提供数据及文件等要求给船务部，以安排订舱、发货等，直至出货完成。
任职资格：
1、熟悉外贸操作流程和相关法律法规，2年以上工作经验，了解针织类产品者优先；
2、高度的责任心和敬业精神，细心、耐心；
3、英语熟练；
4、良好的沟通、协调能力。强调团队合作；
5、善于学习。

Responsibilities:
1, responsible for tracking and confirm samples;
2, receiving orders, with factory delivery, carry out with the customer confirm the shipment;
3, order (contract) to the factory, tracking materials, such as computer factory;
4, with the customer communication packaging requirements, and packaging department coordinate packaging proofing, confirm, order and so on work;
5, urged factory on time delivery, timely communication with customer production, the problems of delivery, deal with emergency;
6 and arrange inspection;
7, provide data and the documents required to the shipping department, such as to arrange booking, delivery and so on, until the complete delivery.
Qualifications:
1, familiar with foreign trade operation flow and related laws and regulations, and 2 years work experience, understand knitting products is preferred;
2, the high sense of responsibility and professional spirit, careful, patient;
3, fluent written and oral English;
4, good communication and coordination ability. Emphasis team cooperation;
5, are good at learning.
