主要职责：
1、负责新面料的开发、采样：搜集市场及流行趋势信息，掌握潮流方向，提供多种面料品种进行比价筛选；分析面料工艺难点，寻找并选择供应商；
2、负责面料的试样工作：负责对初步选定的面料打色卡，并协助相关部门挑选出符合要求的色样；
3、负责对供应商的管理工作，包括询价、议价工作，并拟定合同；分析、审批船样，并制作船样批版报告；根据供应商提供的货样，核对相关单据，并跟进财务结账；总结开发难点。
4、负责大货面料的采购及跟进：分析大货采购数量，与供应商进行议价，并订立合同；跟进采购过程，并处理面料异常问题；负责与供应商进行协商，处理不合格面料；解决大货生产过程中加工厂反映的面料质量问题。
任职资格：
1、具有三年以上相关经历；
2、广泛而且深厚的面料知识，熟悉国内各种面料的特性及市场行情；
3、优秀的谈判技能，良好的人际关系和供应商渠道；
4、具备良好的成本意识和成本控制能力； 出色的人品和综合素质；
5、熟悉江浙沪一带的面料市场，有独到的供应商管理的成功经验和解决实际棘手问题的能力； 6、优秀的抗压能力和沟通协调能力，有大型外资服装贸易公司面料采购经历者佳。外语要求，略懂英文，可以读懂国外供应商提供相关英文资料。

Qualifications:
1, has three years related experience;
2, extensive and profound fabric knowledge, be familiar with all sorts of domestic fabric characteristics and market;
3, good negotiation skills, good interpersonal relationship and the supplier channel;
4, good cost consciousness and cost control ability; Good personality and comprehensive quality;
5, familiar with jiangsu area fabric market, have the original supplier management of successful experiences and solve practical difficult question ability; 6, good compression capabilities and communication ability, have a large foreign clothing trade company fabrics purchasing experience is preferred. Foreign language requirements, slightly to understand English, can read to understand foreign suppliers to provide relevant documents in English.
