Key Responsibilities

Recruitment- To provide on site recruitment of Supervisory and below positions for CDC.
- Responsible for interview process for Supervisory and below positions.
HR Service：
- To provide day to day HR service including staffing and training.
- Any temporary task from Manager.

HR Report- Responsible for HR reports related to recruitment and headcount, such as weekly movement report, and weekly vacancies report, etc.

Training- Consult and obtain internal training needs, understand skills gap and conduct needs assessment
- Develop training materials as needed, update existing course content
- Implement the training programs to improve the performance and efficiency of employees
- Source, evaluate and manage training vendor Development

- Coordinate and execute the various organization development programs, such as BMP, OER, New Management program and E-learning
- Formulate long-term people development strategy and annual plan in line with the business development
Performance Evaluation- According to company policy and practice, implement the annual and mid-year performance evaluation for CDC
HR Report- Responsible for HR reports related to training & development including Training Assessment Report, Attendance report, etc.

职位要求 Job Qualification
1教育水平
Education Level Bachelor Degree or above
2工作经验
Work experience At least 5 years HR experience, and at least 2 years in management

Personal Character- Good communication skill
- Active personality and mature character
- Endure work pressure
- Honest and diligent
4其他
Others- Fluent English both in written and oral
- Familiar with Microsoft skill, especially in WORD, EXCEL and PPT
