1、 根据上级安排，对各个工区的设备进行维修、维护及保养。

2、 根据上级安排制定月度修理计划，严格遵守各项维修项目进程。

3、 积极参加上级安排的技术指导和培训，及时掌握技术更新。

4、 熟悉常规设备维修流程。

5、 熟悉紧急设备维修预案。

6、 根据设备状况，及时准确地找出故障症结，对出现故障的设备组织维修、故障排除等工作，确保设备的正常使用，减少设备故障对各工区造成的影响，维修过程中遇到技术难题及时向上级报告。

7、 提高工作效率，控制维修成本。

8、 做好维修标识、贮存、交付工作，完成维修质量记录。

9、 按照维修工艺流程操作，严格执行维修技术标准，做好自检自查，保证维修质量。

10、维修结束后，清理作业场地，不留火种、废角铁等物，做到工位三包，保持工作现场环境整洁。

11、收集整理重大技术案例，定期上报上级。

12、维护、保养工具设备和检测设备。
