岗位职责

1、曾今有保洁管理或物业管理方面的工作经验

2、能经常出差，沟通能力强、要有很好的统筹协力能力、有大型连锁门店的管理经验

3、中层管理职位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
4、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、招聘、培训及评估；
5、负责制定各项目各门店的计划、以及达成的目标汇报总公司；
6、组织、协调和管理外协生产资源，保证各门店，各指标，按时保质完成；
7、负责协调、组织解决工作中的所有问题；
8、负责外协合作商的商务结算。

任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，男女不限
2、3年以上项目管理经验；
3、良好的计划和执行能力、协调能力和人际沟通能力；
4、积极主动，具备团队意识，具有高度的责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力。
