Roles and Responsiblity:

1. Responsible for company QS management;
2. Responsible for EHS system management,
3. To ensure the company strictly follow EHS laws and create company culture of safety as priority.
4. To ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation
5. To take the leading role in the development, introduction, improvement of the company's Quality
6. To be responsible for quality management, audit (internal, QM certificate and customer) organization and environmental management systems, conformance to established standards (e.g. ISO9001, ISO14001 etc.) and customer requirements.
7. Responsible for creating company procedures, processes, and guidelines, company Quality Manual
8. Responsible for implementation of company procedures, processes, and guidelines
9. Manage the Quality Command document control
10. Regularly checking/finding company procedures, processes, and guidelines are followed
11. Organize QS&EHS training according to company standard;
12. Implementation company legal applications
13. Responsible of legal affairs and keeping in touch with company lawyer, checking and tracking expense of these legal expenses.
14. Responsible for announce the update government policies or laws;
15. Responsible for coordinate and lead the cross-function departments’ works for government files preparation
16. Responsible of revise and reserve of legal documents (including every kind of contract writing ,amendment)
17. Responsible of all government documentations applications and regular communication , honors application;

Requirements:

1. At least two years working experience as quality system management
2. Knowledge and working experience of ISO9001, ISO14001 with the ability to audit all areas of system requirements
3. Know SPC/PPAP/APQP/FMEA application
4. Good organization skills and good command of English
