Duties:

1. Maintain current client and business, ensure wellbeing of the program, maintain customer satisfaction, and if required, reporting of the case status

2. Verification of the documents from the customers according to VOC guideline

3. Organize file for inspection and verify Inspection Report from PIC

4. Verify technical requirements in accordance with the contracting party policy

5. Answering relative enquiries from HO and clients promptly (within 24 hours)

6. Issuance and updating of operational technical documents like checklists and test programs in accordance with the applicable regulation/standards (BV Portal)

7. Keep good co-ordination between BV technical services and the customers

8. Advise and collect Inspection Fee and Lab Cost, if any; bank receipt to be filed in the individual file to update in Excel datasheet

Requirements:

1. Graduate from collage or secondary education

2. At least 2 years working experience in testing and certification or related indstry

3. Relative technical knowledge of electronic products for conformity assessment,extra knowledge of food testing is a plus

4. Good knowledge of local and international technical requirements and standards

5. Good English and local language skills
