任职要求：
1.A degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

2.3-5 years experience of working on appropriate projects in the pharmaceutical/medical/food industries.
在医药/医疗/食品行业3-5年类似项目的工作经验
3.5 years direct management experience of working in a manufacturing industry.
在制造业有5年以上的直接管理经验。
4.Recognised experience and skills for the management of working in cross–functional teams.
拥有在跨职能团队工作管理的认可的经验和技能。
5.Experience of working with small teams of specialists would be an advantage.
拥有与小的专家团队的工作经验将会是一个优势。

职位职责：
1.To ensure that the supply and installation of manufacturing and process equipment meets the agreed scope and performance standards
确保设备修改的设计及制造和工艺设备的供应及安装都 符合约定的范围和性能标准。
2.To deliver manufacturing and process equipment on time, to the agreed budget and specifications, and to S&N’s company policies and standards.
按时交付设备修改及制造和工艺设备，并符合约定的预算和规格及施乐辉公司的政策和标准。
3.To ensure that manufacturing and process equipment meet the requirements of all appropriate regulations and legislation and the site Quality System.
确保设备修改及制造和工艺设备符合所有的合适的法规和工厂质量系统的要求。
4.To take direct and full accountability for the delivery of key parts of the scope of individual projects as agreed with engineering manager
在工程部经理的同意下，直接并完全负责单个项目范围内的关键零件的交付。
5.Apply, maintain and develop appropriate project management methodologies and disciplines
使用，维护和开发合适的项目管理方法和训练。
6.To provide engineering and technical support as agreed beyond the engineering team in support of the Suzhou facility.
为了支持苏州工厂，为约定外的工程团队提供工程和技术支持。
7.To manage and develop the performance of team members to meet the needs of the Suzhou facility and the Wound Management GBU as a whole.

8.To apply high standards of Health and Safety and to ensure that all work is completed in compliance with company policy and procedures and all appropriate regulation and legislation.
