1.In charge to interview all costing sheets for all outerwear with each merchandiser before quotations are being sent to clients/Jean Rene.

2.Visit all current jacket factories for factory evaluation and to discuss price setting (CM)on different product types (all product types currently on order :padded jacket,down jacket,summer jacket,softshell jackets,seam taped jackets,workwear etc).

3.Establish a preferred supplier network(either from existing factories or by sourcing and introducing new ones).

4.Study the possibility and make a costing evauation for having separate sampling capacity.

5.Co-organize and launch our production floor in bangladesh.
