Major Responsibility:

1. Be responsible for product and validation specifications.
2. Lead product problem solving and root-cause analysis
3. Execute Nexteer Product Development Process assignments on schedule
4. Follow Internal Control (IC) procedures.
5. Provide product engineering expertise to support supplier development, manufacturing quality analysis, and customer requests
6. Maintain and update Product engineering documents, such as Engineering Bill-of-Material (EBOM), product drawings and Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
7. Follow change management (CMII) process.
8. Lead prototype builds and support off-tool sample builds
9. Support project cost and timing estimations
10. Support continuous Cost Improvement Process (CIP).
11. Evaluate customer requirements for product specification and function.
12. Support new business pursuit activities.
13. Accept other job responsibilities as required by PE Supervisor.
14. Maintain safety and good housekeeping.


Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

1. Bachelor or Master Degree.
2. Major in Acoustics, vehicle, Mechanical Engineering are highly preferred.
3. Good English skill both in written & oral.
4. Self motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit.
