Responsibility:

1. Run material requirement planning (MRP);
2. Release delivery-order/purchase-order to the suppliers. Track the confirmation and shipment. Expedite/de-expedite orders, to cope with the changes of production schedule and the customer requirement;
3. Monitor and report supplier delivery performance and take pro-active steps to ensure on time delivery. Manage supplier pull system when required;
4. Support assessing the sales order with respect to material availability;
5. Support lean principles by update the PFEP database, initiatives of MCIP and inventory reduction, and DMS implementation;
6. Projects assigned by manager.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent education background;
2. Excellent oral and written English. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
3. 3 years experiences in: production planning and control, MRP, pull system, inventory management;
4. Strong PC and systems skills;
5. Good analytically and problem solve skills;
6. Organized and disciplined.
