Responsibility:
？ Insure the availability of material for the plant in right quantity, place and time.
？ Run material requirement planning (MRP)
？ Release delivery-order/purchase-order to the suppliers. Track the confirmation and shipment. Expedite/de-expedite orders, to cope with the changes of production schedule and the customer requirement
？ Monitor and report supplier delivery performance and take pro-active steps to ensure on time delivery. Manage supplier pull system when required
？ Support assessing the sales order with respect to material availability
？ Monitor item parameter setting and MCIP&CIT progress, update system accordingly
？ Well control inventory in target level
？ Projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

？ College degree or equivalent experience
？ Understand written and Oral English. Good communication skills
？ Willing to work under high pressure.
？ Strong PC and systems skilled
？ Good analytical and problem solver skills.
？ Organized and disciplined.
？ Familiar with production operations, Kanban system, Pull System, Supply Chain Management and Inventory management
？ Experience on MRP/ERP systems
？ Good at MS Office skills (word, excel, etc.)
