Responsibility:

1.Provide technical support to the sales & application matters and support customers on a variety of issues
2.Manage and co-ordinate all internal/external sales order handling,technical documentation as manuals,drawings,instructions and product deliveries to meet the customer requirements
3.Be responsible for the customer after sales activities,price quotations and follow up the customer needs
4.Communicate professionally and courteously with customers in all aspects

Requirement:

1.Mechanical technician degree or similar background is preferred
2.Min 3-5 years experiences in technical sales to the pump industry or related industry
3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese & English
4.Ability to handle multiple tasks,used to communicate and work well with the English language computer based skill such as Microsoft Word,Excel,Powerpoint,etc.
5.Must have good understanding in mechanical and hydraulic fundamentals
6.Superior co-ordinator and detail oriented
7.MS software including word,excel ect.
