Principal Responsibilities:

1.To aggressively acquire new businesses and set up a strong foothold in cleanroom markets, with a particular focus on Pharma.

2.To develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales and profitability and expansion of customer bases, including OEM customers, EPCs, design institutes and end users in cleanroom markets

3.To support existing sales forces to acquire customers in their responsible areas.

4.To align with technical service and project team to set up and optimize the product and service portfolio.

5.To organize marketing events to promote Viledon brand.

6.To create and conduct product, solution, proposal presentations to customers.

7.To provide timely, accurate and complete feedback to management regarding market, projects, customer, competitors and own performance

8.To control expenses to meet budget guidelines

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree or above.

2.Solid track record in business development and/or sales.

3.Good communications and interpersonal skills;

4.≧7 years experience in relevant industry is required, with solid track record in sales and/or business development.

5.Prior experience as preferred supplier to Pharma industry or in clean room validation service is a plus.

6.Fluent in English
