Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for raw material quality. Work with Commodity, R&D and factory for supplier performance management, sourcing, new material evaluation, design optimization, supplier process change and etc.
2) Responsible for supplier advanced quality preparation including special gage designing/ qualifying, inspection method improving, quality control planning , manufacturing process improving and etc.
3) Coordinate supplier technical team, Knowles R&D, engineering team to align the part Specifications.
4) Monitor and analyze supplier in-coming Lot Acceptance Rate trends, supplier internal yield trends and drive continuous improvement at supplier side.
5) Regular on site meeting and teleconference with multiple sides to followup quality improvement program status.
6) Regular on site audit or a periodic audit to check supplier side quality control system compliance and corrective action effectiveness.

Job Specifications

1) Engineering Bachelor majored in Chemical, Electronics or Mechanics.
2) At least 4 years working experience in Electronics, Semiconductor manufacturer or Wafer Fab, etching process and IC experience are preferred.
3) Knowledge of QEHS system: ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, internal auditor certificate is needed.
4) Experience in supplier quality, manufacturing or engineering.
5) IQC experience and project management experience are preferred.
6) Good problem solving, communication skills and good team player under pressure.
7) Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
8) Be willing to work OT and travel from time to time if necessary.
