1. Job Summary

Repairs all equipment malfunctions in the Assembly line, Repairs, maintains and constructs production equipment to keep production lines running smoothly with minimum of downtime

2. Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyzes equipment reliability, problems and trends.
• Guide and supervise technicians handle in Assembly field.
• Applies statistical process control to test and manufacturing equipment to ensure the equipment is reliable and predictable.
• Identifies areas for improvement, and initiates equipment modifications.
• Interfaces with external customers, suppliers, and support groups.
• Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Documents specifications, procedures, and training materials.
• Communicates and shares new information, learning, and methods with cross-functional team members to achieve organizational goals.
• Pass knowledge of equipment to all line technicians.
• Classify the wastes per ISO14001.

3. Job Specifications

• Degree in Mechatronics or Control Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the semiconductor assembly field and familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Strong knowledge in either Semiconductor fabrication process especially etching process or Semiconductor assembly operations.
• Strong Knowledge in Know Asymtek dispenser, ASM WB, Alphasem DA is preferred.
• Familiar with basic process control techniques e.g. SPC, DOE and FMEA.
• Willing to work shift and be on-call 24*7.
• Some Travel to USA is required.
• Strong English skill both on writing and speaking.

Supervises: Assembly line Technicians
