Expand sales and grow profit by providing excellent products (service) above customer expectation
通过提供高于客户期望的产品（服务）来扩大销售，增加收益
ESSENTIAL DUTIES（主要工作职责）
1. Grow sales and profit of MTD in Asia through existing customers & locate new customers in Asia
通过现有的客户增加MTD在亚洲的销售和收益 ,发展新客户
2. Collect the market information as well as customer requirement, create new products design proposal
收集市场信息以及客户需求并提供开发新产品的设计方案
3. Market Survey and Collect the customer complaint for products continuous improvement
市场调研并收集客户抱怨达到持续改善
4. Competitor information collection
竞争对手信息收集
5. Forecasting of sales for Asia, make sales budget and fulfill the delivery
预测亚洲市场的销售情况,编制销售预算，履行订单交货
OTHER DUTIES（其他职责）
1. Assignments to improve the MTD operation

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS（职位要求）
Education（教育背景）: Bachelor degree or above with technical background
Certification（相关资格证书）: N/A
Software Requirement（软件要求）: MS Excel, Power point, Word, Project, Visio, etc.
Language（语言要求）: Communicate both in Chinese and English fluently
Work experience（相关工作经验）: At least 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing field with proven performance record
Knowledge of the outdoor power garden tool industry and products is preferable
Willing to travel

As part of MTD's global reach, in the fall of 2007, MTD Asia, opened Machinery (Suzhou) Co., Ltd, the company’s pioneering facility in Asia. MTD Machinery (Suzhou) Co., Ltd is located in the Export Processing Zone (EPZ), Zone B, of the Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP). Covering an area of 40,000 square meters. The company sells and distributes products all over the world; specifically to markets in the United States, Canada, Australia and throughout Europe. MTD Machinery (Suzhou) Co., Ltd is proud to be ISO 9001:2008 Certified.

Since our opening ceremony on January 25th 2008, we have grown quickly. Our facility now employees over 400 people in disciplines and areas of expertise including: sales, engineering, quality, finance, operations, human resources and purchasing. We set up MTD China (Shanghai) Co. Ltd and opened the first office in India in 2011 to pursue presence and rapid growth in Asia Market.
