ESSENTIAL DUTIES（主要工作职责）
1，implement maintenance plan and feedback equipment status information
实施执行维护计划并反馈设备相关信息
2，maintaining the facilities
负责维护工厂公用设施（水/电/气等系统）正常运行。
3，Equipment troubleshooting
机器设备故障维修。
4，shift to support production running
值班保障生产平稳运行
5，other works arranged by leader.
领导安排的其他工作。

Assignments to improve the MTD operation
其他指派的有利于改善美特达工厂的任务。

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS（职位要求）
Education（教育背景）:
Technical school in Electrical Engineering (电气相关专业，中专以上学历)。
Certification（相关资格证书）:
With license of HV/LV work （持有/高低压电工操作证）
Software Requirement（软件要求）:
PLC and or CAD
Language（语言要求）:
Ability of Reading engineering drawings in English (能用基本的英语读懂图纸能力)。
Leadership(领导力):

Interpersonal Skills（沟通能力）:
good communication skill (良好的沟通能力)。

Work experience（相关工作经验）:
Minimum 3 years working experience in maintenance fields (3年以上维护工作经验); Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting skills are necessary (必须具备电气、机械、液压、气动系统故障处理能力); Rich experience in PLC and electrical controls required (丰富的PLC和电气控制经验)。

Since our opening ceremony on January 25th 2008, we have grown quickly. Our facility now employees over 400 people in disciplines and areas of expertise including: sales, engineering, quality, finance, operations, human resources and purchasing. We set up MTD China (Shanghai) Co. Ltd and opened the first office in India in 2011 to pursue presence and rapid growth in Asia Market.
