Summary Description:
Develop the CNC program for internal activity order, complete the design of Electrod, tooling components for plastic tool. Improve existing tooling or modify the design of it.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Must have the manufacturing working experience of CNC/EDM/WEDM Knowledge & program Skills;
2) Technical Engineering or Industrial Engineering background;
3) At least 5 years in manufacturing area, machining area preferred;
4) Be familiar with Auto CAD/ UG/Pro-E and other relevant Engineering software;
5) Programming experience is required and knows UG CAM will be preferred;
6)Strong understanding for technical drawing.

Position Requirement:
1) Bachelor Degree (or above) in Mechanical Engineering;
2) At least 5 years working experience in an electronics, automated and high volume manufacturing environment. Strong insert molding tool component machining experience;
3) Should have a basic understanding of rapid prototyping techniques to expedite the fabrication of designs to support production;
4) Knowledge of CAD design for CNC, EDM, WEDM program;
5) Able to visualize in 3D and have the ability to learn Pro-E and its advanced modules;
6) Knowledge of Pro/Engineer and Pro/Intralink/Windchill,UG is a plus;
7) Must be innovative and have a general creative flair and able to identify and act upon problem solving;
8) Possess CET-4 certificate or above, excellent oral and written English skills required;
9) Project and team management experiences are favorable.
