Basic requirements:
1.University or above, major in computer science and application, at least 6 years working experiences;
2.More than 4 years networking administration experiences in multi-national companies is preferred,be able to manage cisco network devices like router/switch/wireless ap;
3.Strong ability to analyze problem and trouble-shooting, be able to complete tasks individually;
4.Be good at communication, teamwork;
5.Good English skills, written and Oral, CERT 4 or above;
6.Good service concept.

Professional requirements:
1.Be familiar with main NOS, proficiency in network communication configuration and system backup;
2.MCSE/MCSA/MCDBA certification is preferred;
3.CCNP certification is required;
4.Good knowledge of MS Exchange and SQL server administration skills;
5.Good Knowledge of VMware for server or client configuration and management;
6.Good knowledge of EMC SAN storage configuration and management.

Job Summary
Be responsible for implementing department long-term and short-term development planning; Be responsible for maintaining and supporting the whole company computer network system and communication system; Be responsible for data security.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for computer network system plan, design and system upgrading, to meet with the requirements of company development;
2.Set system management policy, try to adopt any legal effective solutions to ensure company data security. Defend any spiteful or involuntary invasion or destroy;
3.Pay more attention to the work of anti-virus. To prevent company network system from virus attacking and ensure network security;
4.Be responsible for installing, setting and configuring servers and other devices (like UPS, backup equipment, SAN storage etc ). To make sure servers are in a good running status;
5.Be responsible for computer room’s security, including power supply, lighting and air-conditioner. To make sure servers and other network devices can work in a good environment;
6.Be responsible for smooth communication, especially WAN connection. When the WAN is broken, the system engineer should work with service provider, try to find root cause timely and resume communication within a work day;
7.Monitor system, including monitor network traffic, analyze network bottleneck, trace server running status and check audit records. Ensure system is in a good working status and make sure the employees using network resources correctly;
8.Be responsible for user accounts management, including creating new accounts, modifying user permissions, setting printers, creating email boxes, canceling user accounts and so on;
9.Be responsible for company voice communication, including setting and configuring telephony system;
10.Based on the requirements of ISO9001: 2000, prepare necessary documents and follow them;
11.Follow SOX compliance requirements strictly;
12.Keep a good collaboration relationship with network users, try the best to provide them with an excellent service.
