职位描述
General requirements:
1. University degree, High English level and communication skill.
2. More than 3 years at Sr. secretarial level and 2 years at executive secretarial level in multinational organization.
3. Aggressive personality and willing to hard work and overtime.
4. Stable and long term job career planning.
5. Honest and loyal to the company and the VP/GM.
6. Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft office packages and project planning experience.
7. Understanding of company accounts and format.
Special skill and knowledge requirements:
1. Must be computer literate and fully familiar with Microsoft office and be capable of quickly adapting to new software to support activities.
2. English oral /written at good level.
3. Good personalities and have the sense of confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Overall administrative affairs of VP/ GM’s office including typing, filing, copying documents, mails and other paper works.
2. Screen phone calls and visitors, then transfer or make arrangement properly.
3. Provide comprehensive support to VP/GM, and providing point contact in their absence using discretion and initiative as required.
4. Handle customer and VP/GM meetings, con-call and appointments. Provide relevant presentation. Plan, support and coordinate global/divisional meetings.
5. Handle confidential and important documents and company seals.
6. Make arrangements for visitors/traveler including invitation sending, hotel reservation, ground transportation arrangement and flight reconfirmation/amendment.
7. Other things assigned by VP/GM and by some expatriates.
8. Communication with all level of company.
9. Information collection through internet or liaising with outside units.
10. Organize formal documents presented and from the VP/GM develop and generate various management related reports.
11. Handle budget for VP/GM and relative functions.
12. As the company representative, building good relationship with regional senior government officers.
