主要工作职责

- 设计过程监控；
- 组织设计评审；
- 现场配合及设计指导；
- 设计变更签发；
- 配合报批报建；制作与销售相关的设计资料；

学历要求
- 室内设计相关专业，本科以上学历。

经历和能力要求
- 5年以上工作经验，熟练掌握规划室内精装设计工作的业务知识；
- 具备较强的室内设计能力及方案实施管理能力；
- 对目前各室内设计、室内装修施工方面的社会资源和各类装修材料性能及市场供应情况较为了解；
- 具有较强组织协调能力、沟通能力及解决问题能力，较强的文字处理能力及语言表达能力；
- 熟练掌握各种专业技术软件、CAD绘图软件的操作
