主要工作职责
- 编制项目管理实施过程中专业工作计划，及相关配套手续的办理；
- 负责施工现强电、弱电、通讯、BMS方面的施工管理，以及与施工单位、监理单位的协调沟通；
- 对施工单位的工程施工进度、质量进行监督控制；
- 协助施工经理对现场进行安全管理，并协调各部门对口工作；
- 负责参与工程验收，配合预算部进行工程预决算；
- 参与专业相关的分包及设备采购的招投标工作。

学历要求
- 机电类专业大专以上学历
- 有相关技术职称，中级以上职称优先考虑

经历和能力要求
- 5年以上同行业工作经验;
- 熟悉房地产开发工作流程和合同管理。
- 熟悉专业知识和前期各配套部门运作及审批程序
