Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Dimensions of Dept. 部门职能范围
1. 年设计项目 X 个，共计 XXX 间隔；Project design yearly volume;
2.推动标准化设计；To push the standardization of LVE designing;
3. 降低成本，提高效率和质量； Save the cost and increase work efficiency and quality;
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责范围和任务:
1. 提高效率，保证设计进度满足GPP要求/Increase work efficiency, ensure LVE schedule match GPP
2. 提高项目设计数量及间隔数/Project designing quantity and bays quantity
3. 提高客户满意度/improve customer satisfaction
4. 降低项目设计中NC/reduce NC
5. 实现公司turnover年度目标/achieve company TO target
6. 降低图纸改版次数/Reduce time of document revised
7. 降低由于设计更改造成的附加成本/Reduce additional cost which caused by design modification
8. 良好的设计改进建议/Good advise on LVE
9. 遵守流程/Comply with QMS
10. 技术资料的完整性/Integrality of technical documents
11. Respect EHS policy and instruction of company
