-确保全球标准和地方执行之间功能上和技术上的连贯性；
-Ensure functional & technical coherence between Globe standards and local implementation.
-对他们商业领域的所有程序和函数有详细的了解；
-Have a detailed knowledge of all processes / functions in their business area.
2.收集业务需求并最好地予以实施；
Collects business needs and best practices.
-收集、提出、推广和试验标准尚未涉及的新的业务功能；
-Collect, specify, promote and pilot new business features not yet covered by standards.
-与其他网站交换并利用最佳做法；
-Exchange and capitalize best practices with others sites.
3.支持终端用户；Support End Users.
-分析和解决与关键用户的合作问题；

1.教育背景 Education Background
a.本科以上学历 Undergraduate or above
b.计算机相关专业 Major in Computer or relative
2.技能和知识要求 Skills and knowledge
a.要求英语熟练；Good command of the English language are mandatory,
b.有良好的沟通技巧，能与用户及IT小组进行较好的沟通； Good communication skills with users and globe IT team,
c.熟练掌握SAP的MM、PP、SD模块，具有至少5年以上经验；Good knowledge of SAP system in MM, PP, SD module with at least 5-years-experience,
d.具有丰富的技术说明分析经验Strong experience analyzing technical specifications.
e.熟悉局域网知识和技术，如交换机、路由器、广域网等；Good knowledge of LAN, like router, switch, WAN.
f.熟悉服务器系统的管理，如windows 2008、DNS、备份和虚拟化；Good knowledge of server OS, like windows 2008, DNS, Backup, VM.
