Title/职位: Lean Engineer

Reports to (Title)/ 汇报对象 (职位): Production Manager

职位职责：
1. Lead and personally execute lean transformation projects and activities with tangible business results using proven lean methodologies and techniques
2. Support coaching, counseling and development of individual Lean belts.
3. Responsible for conducting Lean training sessions and development of key Lean reporting metrics.
4. Assist in developing Dashboard metrics and the project selection process.
5. Capable of leading and executing Lean Assessments at other factories, facilities, departments, processes
6. Manage Lean Deployment activities to include the identification and transfer of Lean Best Practices and the development of a common production system, which will facilitate efficiency improvements, cost reductions and cycle time reductions.

任职要求：
1. Experience in other total quality management methods such as problem solving, project management, etc.
2. Able to deliver oral and written communications around process improvement projects that has clarity and impact to all levels of the organization.
3. Organized, analytical approach to problem solving.
4. Familiarity with FDA, GMP and ISO requirements.
5. Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, Visio. Working knowledge and demonstrated ability in project management.
6. Ability to lead and manage self directed work team, with little support from manager.
7. Ability to audit production areas, identify non-compliance to requirements, and develop/oversee action plans for corrective action.
8. Aware of matters such as labor relations, manufacturing methods and production planning.
9. An understanding of accounting (standard cost), QSR/ISO requirements, trend analysis and failure rate analysis.
10. In depth understanding of production and quality control techniques such as JIT, TQM, etc. Good written and oral English communication skills required.
