Requirements:
1. ( 5 ) Years Working Experience in field sales
2. Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
3. Oral & Written English
4. Good computer skills, including use of ERP systems and all Microsoft Office products
5. Good communication skills at all levels
6. Personal traits should include a high energy level, adaptability, good analytical skills, innovative, and oriented towards effective teamwork
7. Excellent interpersonal skills
8. Good manners to represent the company
9. Must be a team player and has a positive attitude
10. Must be self-motivated, quick and willing to learn


Responsibilities:
1. Sell all the company’s products in a specific geographical territory, or focus on specific products across the assigned region
2. Preparation of sales forecasts
3. Preparation and execution of a Territory Management Plan
4. Manage target account relationships
5. Promotes, directs and assists sales or service activities amount selected types of customers or prospects in assigned territories
6. Develop sales and/or service by researching and resolving customer objections
7. Recommends modifications to product/services
8. Develop internal office processes, forecasts, finished goods inventory management and distribution channel processes.
9. Assistance in the management of the sales and marketing systems, special project management, new product commercialization and special marketing communications tasks
10. Perform other duties as required
