1、2年以上的项目申报工作经验，熟悉科技法律法规、国家科技类项目政策和申报流程；
2、有科技项目可行性报告、商业计划书的撰写经验；
3、有高企、科技部中小型企业创新基金申报经验的优先；
4、知识面广，工作能力强，工作细心，有耐心，责任心强；
5、具备良好的交流、社交能力，较强的公共关系处理能力。
6、懂一定的财务知识，能独立撰写项目申报材料；
7、学习能力强，知识面宽，工作踏实，认真仔细，责任心强，必须有科技相关部门实际申报经验。

岗位职责
1、收集整理国家各部委、江苏省及苏州市各级行政部门有关科技项目申报的各项资助项目优惠政策信息、申报程序及行业相关鼓励、扶持政策；
2、提出项目申报建议，确定项目申报方向，制订申报方案；组织、推进各类项目申报工作，并撰写、编制、递交项目申报材料；
3、项目申报材料送审等并对后期进展情况进行跟进，跟进各项资金的落实工作；
4、负责部门项目相关的各项专利、著作权的申报工作；负责公司申请相关资质、年审、各项产品成果的鉴定工作。

5、负责办理公司员工劳动合同备案、申报缴纳员工公积金等行政工作。

6、领导交代的其他事项，能者多酬。
