Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for assisting IT Manager to provide an efficient and effective IT service to the business in China and participate in implement and manage global, regional and local project as well as improve IT security and ensure compliance of global IT audit.
Due to the 24/7 nature of our business operation, this role requires the provision of services outside of standard operating hours in the case of outages (phone, internet, emails) and operations.
Position Responsibilities:

? Participate in the definition and management of local projects (infrastructure, security…) and regional projects and global project (Concerto, BI Cube…) for the local requirements.
? Responsible for improvement of company IT security and ensure compliance of global IT security and IT audit.
? Assist IT manager to improve local IT policy and draft all sort of local IT regulation and manual.
? Participate in definition and formalize local BCP in different situations, ensure BCP and DRP readiness and efficiency including rehearsal, training and evolution.
? Responsible for maintenance of backup system (VERITAS) and compliance of backup and disaster recovery rotation standard and policy, periodic check availability and accuracy of backup data.
? Responsible for maintenance and management of corporate website, domain controller, File server…
? Responsible for maintenance and management of Server Room Environment including UPS, Cool System, Fire-Extinguishing and Monitoring etc. Keep Server Room clean.
? Responsible for maintenance of door access control system, CCTV and attendance system.
? Conducting user training and induction on security, computer and applications, mobile devices, and telephony
? Responsible for IT preparation and training of new employees.
? 24x7 on call for any case of problems and critical support

Education & Experience

? IT education (Bachelor-level degree minimum, Master’s degree level preferred)
? At least 5 years of experience of relevant experience in a similar working environment (most likely SME)
? Good level of English (spoken/written)
? Able to manage small IT project (up to 40 days).
? Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) preferred
