工作职责：
1.参与制定生产中心发展战略与年度经营计划，组织制定并实施生产战略规划；
2.组织、计划、指导、控制运营系统在运行过程中的各种活动和资源，以达到公司对成本控制、产量、质量及安全等方面的要求；
3.建立和完善运营系统的管理体系建设，不断优化组织架构、规章制度、工作流程和工作标准，并督促贯彻和执行；
4.负责运营系统的团队建设工作，选择、培养储备人才，建立干部梯队，满足公司长期稳定发展的需要；
5.参与公司全面质量管理体系的建设，完善质量管理制度，并监督实行；
6.组织制定分管部门年度生产管理、运营管理、项目管理和技术支持的工作计划，并分解细化；
7.组织进行产能的分析与评估、合理搭配工序，充分发挥资源效益。
任职资格：
1.本科以上学历， 15年以上的纺织服装行业工作经验（棉纺行业优先）；
2.至少有3年以上知名上市公司或外企的同岗位工作经验；
3.精通制造业生产运营管理、精益管理、流程再造、全面设备管理等现代化的生产运营管理工具；
4.良好的沟通交流能力和职业操守；
5.良好的战略规划能力、创新能力、计划执行能力、影响能力、；
