职位描述
Requirement:
-Bachelor degree in Information Technology or closely related degree preferred;
-5+ years experiences of working in an IT function within a manufacturing environment. Strong experiences with Windows based Operating Systems. Experience with a variety of hardware and software products;
-5+ years experiences in administration with Windows Server and Telecommunications concepts and systems;
-Knowledge of Microsoft Windows server platforms;
-Knowledge of Network Infrastructure technologies including Active Directory;
-Experience performing monthly server maintenance, error log review and routine upgrades;
-Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
-Excellent oral and written communication skills are required;
-Organized, detail oriented, and can handle multiple projects and tasks with minimal supervision;
-Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills;
-Knowledge of Windows based networks or equivalent experience.
Responsibility:
- Performance Monitoring
a.Develop and monitor performance standards and procedures
b.Monitor and report Service Desk response times against defined SLAs, evaluating user-satisfaction levels and implementing plans for improvement.
c.Develop and implement daily, weekly, monthly checklists and performance monitoring procedures of key infrastructure services.
d.Proactively design solutions to improve automation and ease system administration tasks.
e.Proactively investigate new technologies, hardware and software packages to improve system performance, stability and systems administration procedures.
f.Manage the administration and maintenance of the Active Directory infrastructure.
g.Develop and define policies and procedures in the areas of Disaster
Recovery, Enterprise Backups, Systems Management, and Systems Administration/Security
h.Manage, coordinate and monitor all aspects of the Sarbanes Oxley internal audit processes
-IT Infrastructure Projects:
i.Implement, coordinate and manage new network and computing infrastructure projects
j.Evaluate equipment vendors, build relationships with service providers, and manage the equipment installation, relocation and removal
k.Perform and manage the planning of hardware and operating system upgrades
l.Project manage simple and complex installations and upgrades
m.Manage multiple infrastructure projects; assist in the planning of on-going system requirements
-Staff:
n.Provide input on hiring and staffing decisions
o.Direct day-to-day operations and maintenance of the network and computing infrastructure group
p.Supervise network and computing infrastructure staff, managing and monitoring their projects and preparing performance reviews
q.Supervise and mentor IT infrastructure staff
r.Manage the daily operations of the help desk and associated support services
s.Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling project assignments and conducting performance evaluations
t.Provide Technical Supervision and Management of consultants on projects as needed
u.Interface and manage third-party consultants and resources on IT infrastructure projects
-Acting as the local IT escalation point of contact - ensure customers are highly satisfied with the service provided and are providing continuous improvement;
-Accountable for roadmap activities, support of site telecommunications and computer systems, system availability, recovery plans, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance;
-Supervise remote IT staff and contractors to ensure support is provided within established SLAs;
-Serve as subject matter expert for on-site IT issues;
-Manage special projects with other support groups and departments;
-Ability to work in a fast paced, high tech environment juggling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines;
-Ability to understand the business needs behind the requests and drive to results;
-Ability to write processes and technical documentation.
