Requirement:

-机械专业背景,本科以上学历；

Mechanical Background,bachelor degree.

-至少五年以上工业企业从业经验，两年以上管理经验;

Minimum 5 years industry manufacturing experiences, more than 2 years production management.

-英语需具有较好的口头表达与书写能力;

Good oral and written communication and presentation skills in English.

-良好的沟通能力，诚实，负责任;

good communication ability,and with the individuality of honesty & responsibility.

Responsibility:

-每天召开生产会议，汇报、回顾一天的生产情况;

Manage daily production meeting to review and report daily situation.

-负责原料、能用消耗，控制生产成本;

Responsible for consumption of materials and energy to control product cost.

-保证人员的有序工作及设备的正常运行;

Ensure the manpower in order and machines are running efficiently.

-确保生产环境安全，发现问题及时解决与回报;

Responsible to ensure production environment meets safety requirement，find and solve problems,report to related people on time.

-贯彻执行公司政策;

Implementing company policy and regulations in the workshop.

-及时发出生产报表;

Issue the necessary production reports.

- 执行5S，并逐步提高;

Manage 5S and keep continuous improvement.

-每天两次检查SQDC看板，及时升级;

Check SQDC board two times a day, and update on time.

-与其它部门有效沟通，确保生产有序运行;

Communicate with other departments to make sure production running in order.

-每周一次与领班的生产会议，通报公司政策，研究生产问题;

Have meeting with all Lineleaders once a week.
