岗位职责：
1、负责Android软件研发；
2、参与Android软件架构设计；
3、有效带领Android开发团队，提升团队的凝聚力和技术能力，进行产品Android核心技术的创新和积累
4、高质量进行产品的总体、详细设计，并且完成相应的设计文档
5、承担产品的关键模块、算法的开发

任职要求：
1、本科，计算机或软件开发相关专业；
2、4年以上软件开发经验，2年以上Android开发经验；
3、全方面了解Android系统开发，有独立解决问题的能力；
4、熟悉Unity3D的技术开发，有OpenGL开发经验优先；
5、熟悉算法思想，有较强的解决问题的能力，对OOD/OOP有深刻的理解；
6、熟悉TCP/IP,HTTP协议，熟练网络Socket编程，熟悉进程间通信编程；
7、熟悉Android平台与Windows、Linux等桌面平台下资源（内存）管理的差异；
8、熟悉Android Debug Bridge Tool、Profile、Eclipse/ADT及相关工具的使用；
9、具备良好的职业素养和团队协作精神，以及较强的学习能力，可独立承担开发任务；
