Requirement:
o Mechanical Engineering / Polymer Science Degree
o Minimum 3 years of technical or quality control experience in plastic injection molding or FMCG packaging related environment. Experience in cosmetic packaging industry preferred
o Good communication and analytical skills
o Fluent in English & Mandarin
o Self starter with good initiative and management skills. Able to take challenges positively, work to aggressive timelines and with minimal supervision
o Good integrity, independent and results oriented
o Experienced in ISO 9000, AQL, FMEA and SPC
Responsibility:
o Packaging development (new and standard) for INTERCOS group of companies
o Packaging samples and price, suppliers on time sourcing
o New supplier search, recommendation & visit reports
o Ensure project feasibility (i.e. packaging developed meeting the target price, quality and timeline including Exhibilition projects)
o Ensure all suppliers selected are qualified and compatible to meet the required standard and quality
o Pack homologation – pre- production technical validation, STD, R/B, specification.
o Ensure effective communication with the group’s packaging development, purchasing teams and QA teams
o Ensure minimum costs to reach objectives.
o Responsible for financial impact on the dept due to poor packaging development
o Problem solving on technical and quality related matters and technical support to all others team members
o Manage and ensure proper and updated records / documentation ( Specification building)
o Support Intercos group purchasing Department price, payment terms, delivery timing and negotiation
o Observe any other work related tasks assigned by immediate superior

    莹特丽化妆品（苏州）有限公司是莹特丽集团于2003年在苏州工业园区出口加工区注册的一家外销型企业，主要为国际客户提供彩妆及护肤的一条龙服务。 2004年初开始正式生产，2006年年初，莹特丽集团在苏州工业园区出口加工区B区购买了面积为6.5万平方米的厂房地块，在2008年4月，莹特丽化妆品（苏州）有限公司搬至B区新厂房。经过多年的发展，2016年的成品总产能已达4.2亿件。
    莹特丽科技（苏州工业园区）有限公司是莹特丽集团于2005年在苏州工业园区注册的一家以内销为主的化妆品研发生产公司，占地1.5万平方米，2006年底建成，2007年2月开始试生产，主要为国内客户提供彩妆及护肤的一条龙服务。由于业务发展需要，在2013年6月又在园区筹建了莹特丽科技的新厂区，并在2015年3月开始试生产，截至2016年，成品总产能已达1.78亿件。
