Responsibilities

Capacity management
Calculate the production capability of plant, analysis and plan plant capacity. Coordinate and lead resource balance and equipment investment in order to upgrade the resource utilization and achieve cost control target.
Productivity improvement
Direct the productivity improvement and drive the lean manufacturing Kaizen and continuous improvement, Coordinate and lead labor efficiency & line balance improve/optimization in order to upgrade the productivity and achieve cost control target.
IE Technical issues Support
Resolves complex technical issues for Time motion, capacity development and quote etc in order to upgrade the productivity and achieve cost control target.
New project development
Design and improve the layout of factory and drive the new projects introduction(such as LEAN,KAIZEN project) & Provide the Lean&Kaizen report in order to upgrade the productivity and achieve cost control target.
Standard building
Establish the Standard of IE & SAP& Package in order to upgrade the productivity and achieve cost control target.

Requirements:

Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
5 year above working experiences as IE
Experienced in productivity improvement
Communication and coordination, conscientiousness, personal learning, self-development
Good communication in English
