Develop automotive sensor products based on customer requirements following China/Global Automotive Engineering policies, procedures and guidelines; build and test product prototype; implement correction loop where applicable; write product specifications and test reports with the objective of documenting product designs. Define feasibility studies for new sensor products.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for product R&D or transfer from abroad, communicate with global team for engineering confirmation;
- New technology or application evaluation and replacement to improve product competitive strength;
- Engineering documentation generation such as product specifications, application specifications, test specifications, teaching procedures, DFMEA, BOM etc.
- Execute or guide functional/performance tests, DV&PV, EMC tests based on customer special requirement;
- Perform/coordinate failure analysis work, determine corrective action, and complete implementation Engineering support for mass production in plant and customer complaint issue

Qualifications
(1) Bachelor degree with 3 or more years experience in the related area or Master degree;
(2) Target Major: Electronics / Electro-Mechanical electronics / Automotive or equivalent major;
(3) Bilingual, English and Mandarin, good writing, reading and oral communication capability, CET-4 is necessary, CET-6 is preferred;
(4) A team player with positive, proactive and professional attitude;
(5) Be studious, willing to solve challenges and work under pressure;
(6) Strong knowledge on basic electronics circuits, PCBA debugging, and electronics handling/testing a must
(7) Experience on magnetics, hall base technology or sensors desired.
(8) Can use ECAD tools for circuit design, PCB layout, etc. Altium Designer series preferred.
(9) Automotive EMC test experience or Labview skill desired;
(10) Automotive experience a must;
