2. 具备良好的沟通技能、团队精神和执行力。
3. 具备生产现场持续改进的经验。

岗位职责：

1. 依据计划的产量进行安排所负责的产线的生产，并保证准时的交期。

2. 通过合理了物料安排，控制车间的WIP的数量。
3. 依据计划的生产安排，合理的安排所负责产线的班别。
4. 监控每天所负责的生产线的相关的运行状况，包括生产力，生产效率，报废率等。
5. 执行制造部的品质目标，同时监控整个负责产线的品质状况
6. 执行严格的质量管理。
7. 收集制造过程中潜在的品质风险并通知给相关主管,及部门。
8. 参与品质问题的分析和改进，执行相关的改进计划。
Responsibilities:
1.Arrange production activities according to production plans and ensure delivery time.
2.Control WIP based on reasonable material management
3.Arrange shift of lines according to production plans.
4.Monitor operation status of production lines, including productivity, efficiency, scrap rate, etc.
5.Follow the quality indexes and monitor the quality status of the whole production line
6.Be strict on quality management
7.Full awareness of risks in production and efficient communication with relevant supervisors and dept.
8.Involve in quality issues analysis and improvement and support on the improvement plans
