The Medical Business Unit Director will be responsible to lead a complete business unit. This leader is expected to manage all this business with full P&L responsibility. The individual will report to the Plant GM and have a complete organization report to him/her.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the BU team of PM/Engineers/Quality Engineers /Planners / Production team.
2. Responsible for the Profit & Lost, Gross Margin, On Time Delivery, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Revenue, Inventory.
3. Leading the activities for new RFQ and quotations.
4. Working with the Business Development to win new business.
5. Leading the BU team to meet customers KPI and performance.
6. Leading the BU team to resolve all customer issues.
7. Leading the BU team for new project launch by customers and internal site transfer.
8. To lead and guide the BU team to achieved GM set target and goal.
9. To lead the team for continuous improvement work.
10. Be the main point of contact and the primary escalation point with customers


Bachlor's degree and Excellent English Skill
More than 10 years extensive experience in operations of medical related product lines.
Mechanical Engineer Background; ISO 13485 certification
