任职要求：
At least 3 years related working experience in a cable assembly company or related industry College degree or above in mechanical /electrical engineering;
Good knowledge of cable and cable assembly associated technologies;
Know well the fixture, tooling and equipment in cable assembly field.

职位职责：
1.Prepare the tooling/equipment for making sample; provide the technical support in sample making;
2.Lead to new product pilot run, including the manufacturing documents, fixture, tooling equipment etc;
3.Continuous process optimization to achieve the good quality and cost down;
4.Other tasks or responsibilities assigned.
